Solicitor since 2008 and barrister since 2018, he graduated with full marks from La Sapienza. Today he is Professor of Public Law and PhD in Public and Private Contract Law at the University of Tuscia. He is the author of about fifty scientific papers and collaborates with two journals: Rivista trimestrale di diritto pubblico and Giornale di diritto amministrativo. He took part in research of national interest and was an advisor to the Legislation Committee of the Chamber of Deputies.
